How much is a Cherub membership, and is it worth it?
Cherub is best for founders and angel investors looking to form long-term relationships with strategic investors, advisors and fellow founders. It's not a 'fund-and-done' transactional platform. Our members know that fundraising doesn't happen overnight and that anyone worth being on the cap table has strategic value beyond a check.

A Cherub membership costs $950 a year, and while we can't guarantee you'll meet an investor, some of our members have raised upwards of six figures through the people they've met on our platform.
How does matching with angel investors & advisors work?
There are two ways to get intros: First, when you create your Cherub profile, you'll select which attributes apply to your company and what you're looking for in angel investors or advisors. If you and an investor have tags in common, we'll surface them in your Deal Flow on a weekly basis. You can then request an intro to them. If they're also interested, we'll connect you two. We find that about 50% of intro requests get accepted.

Second, our team frequently reviews our member pool and will handpick intro matches for founders, strategic advisors, and investors to each other. If both parties agree to an intro, our team will connect you.
What types of companies and investors are on Cherub?
We have founders, angel investors, and strategic advisors across all categories and verticals as members ranging from fashion, beauty, wellness, tech, food & beverage and B2B SaaS.

Our investor members are primarily individual private angels who have successfully built businesses, early team members at various startups looking to invest, fund managers / general partners at boutique VCs, and analysts at larger VC companies.  

Right now, the most successful companies on Cherub tend to be at least one of the following: consumer-focused, food & beverage companies, tech platforms, or better-for-you.  
What are your events like?
We host a variety of IRL and virtual events for our members to connect throughout the year.

Each quarter, we throw founder/funder mixers for our members. You can get a feel for what they're like from our launch event in Los Angeles, but the goal is to bring founders and funders together, have meaningful conversations, and get deals done while allowing investors to experience Cherub brands in-person.

For our virtual events, we host everything from educational fundraising, branding and investment workshop to live demo days and expert panels.
